  • Service index: Added a Last reviewed column to each service table so operators can see when each catalogue row was last checked.
  • Recently added: Added dated recently-added sections to the documentation index, service catalogue, and changelog overview.
  • Public site deploy: Rebuilt and redeployed the Docusaurus site for https://docs.alpha-swarm.ai.

By area​

Infrastructure service catalogue​

  • Added/updated dated entries for the AlphaSwarm application services, data layer, observability services, and external Cloudflare/Instatus surfaces.
  • Kept the topology contract anchored to alphaswarm_platform/configs/deployment/topology.yaml; the service docs remain operator-facing summaries, not a second source of truth.

Changelog and navigation​

  • Added this dated entry so the newest docs refresh is visible from the Changelog sidebar.
  • Added a compact recently-added table on the docs index for readers who land on the documentation home page.

Build and deploy​

  • Rebuilt Docusaurus, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, and the Pagefind search index before deployment.
